Charmi’s NFC card lives on the bike itself. A father, a sibling, anyone who takes it out for the day can tap the card and start charging — no app, no signup, nothing to explain. The account holder still gets a message every time it’s used, so nothing happens without them knowing.
Always enough to get home
Set up auto-reload once, and Charmi keeps a small reserve topped up automatically. If you’re ever genuinely stuck, our support fund can front you enough to finish charging — repay it at your next top-up, and it’s there for the next rider who needs it too. That’s what “For People By People” means in practice, not just as a tagline.
Questions
Charmi devices are simple metered outlets — bring your own charger, plug in like you would at home. We handle the metering and billing.
Top-ups will go through Dialog Pay’s secure gateway (coming soon). Charmi never stores your card details directly.
